The stories 'The Sleeping Beauty in the Woods' or 'Little Briar Rose' are well-known fairy tales with various versions. However, the endings of the versions by the Grimm Brothers, Perrault, and Basile are notably different and imbued with a sense of terror.

• In the Perrault and Basile renditions, following the princess's marriage to the prince, the couple bore two children. Unfortunately, the prince's mother, who served as the princess's mother-in-law, proved to be a malevolent cannibal. She harbored intentions of consuming both their offspring and Sleeping Beauty herself.

Lady Wizard drew inspiration from these classic tales and skillfully reimagined them into a captivating narrative.

Sleeping Beauty finds herself subject to two curses cast by the 13th witch. One entails facing a cannibalistic fate, while the other dictates imminent death should she fail to fulfill her destined path before reaching the age of 15.
